CFW PowerCable® - Das Starkstromkabel ohne Risiken und Nebenwirkungen

Inexplicable magnetic field increases, total, false and earth loop currents, conductor overheating, humming effects, uneven current distribution on multiple phase conductors, hysteresis and eddy current losses, etc. are usually due to single-conductor or busbar connections.

In theory and practice, this course shows why individual conductors or busbar systems have to be replaced with the CFW PowerCable®, not only for the reasons mentioned but also for commercial reasons.

Content

  • the network systems (TN-C, TN-C-S, TN-S, TT, IT)
  • the correct network system (according to EMC and NISV criteria)
  • the heavy current transmission systems (single conductors, multiple conductors, busbars, cables)
  • the correct high-voltage transmission and distribution system (according to EMC and NISV criteria) for AC and DC
  • B and E field curves
  • Coupling effects (inductive/capacitive)
  • Transmission losses (direct and alternating current resistance) efficiency
  • Additional losses (hysteresis and eddy current loss)
  • Economic efficiency calculation
  • Full cost accounting

Course target

The participant recognizes the EMC weak points in today's high-voltage installations and knows how to eliminate them. He knows which network system (zeroing) is used, why and where. The participant learns about the fatal effects of individual conductors and busbars and knows how to massively reduce transmission losses and significantly increase efficiency.

Circle of participants

Electrical planners, engineering offices, electricity suppliers, company electricians, project managers, environmental protection officers, QA managers, building technicians, EMC and energy consultants, etc.
